We are excited to announce our 2024 Summer offerings at the Institute of Contemporary Dance. Auditions are required for all Intensives and the HC2 2024-2025 season. Live Auditions have now passed. If you would like to audition you can schedule a Private Auditions upon request and availability by emailing: info@icdhouston.com or you can submit a video audition and the requirements are below.

2024 VIDEO Audition REQUIREMENTS
Video Audition Requirements
For prospective Summer Intensive students who cannot audition in Houston or for those unable to make a live audition date, a video audition is accepted until June 15th, 2024 for FOCUS and HC2’s only. The video needs to be in a dance studio or large space and auditioners need to be wearing clothes that allow instructors to see clean lines and your facility. The video should include the following items.
1. Dancers name and age
2. Any 2 Ballet barre exercises (both sides)
3. Any 2 Ballet exercises center (both sides)
4. 1 min solo with floorwork, pirouettes, leaps/jumps and movement that shows clear technique within modern and contemporary.
5. OPTIONAL: Solo from a recent performance.
